Job Description
We are seeking a Fire Inspector & Maintenance / Repair Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves conducting fire inspections, implementing fire prevention measures, ensuring fire protection systems are up to code, repairing deficiencies, and assisting with tenant improvement (TI) projects. The role requires adherence to NFPA standards and a commitment to life safety.
Responsibilities :
Conduct routine fire inspections in accordance with NFPA standards
Identify and address fire protection system deficiencies
Perform maintenance and repairs on water-based sprinkler systems
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and building codes
Work on TI projects as needed
Maintain accurate inspection and service records
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications :
NICET Level II in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems (Required)
Experience in fire inspections, fire safety, and fire prevention
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and Life Safety regulations
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in fire safety or a related field is a plus
