Relevant Experience

Technical / Functional Skills
- Will oversee the daily operations of Operational Technology (OT) systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance. This role will bridge the gap between IT and OT, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Grid Control IT Systems Oversight
- Manage the daily operations of OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and other industrial control systems.
- System Reliability and Performance
- Ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance, implementing proactive maintenance and troubleshooting strategies.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure OT systems' security, compliance, and risk management.
- Incident Response : Develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring prompt and effective response to OT system incidents.
- Change Management : Oversee change management processes, ensuring seamless deployment of updates, patches, and new systems.
- Team Management : Lead a team of IT engineering specializing in OT operations, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Budgeting and Cost Management
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and provide regular reports, dashboards, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Compliance and Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Experience of IT SLDC process for both Waterfall, Agile process.
