What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peoplesoft FSCM Dev with Dell Boomi position at Avance Consulting?
Roles & Responsibilities PeopleSoft FSCM Development:
• Designing, coding, and implementing custom PeopleSoft FSCM components like pages, workflows, reports, and integrations within the FSCM modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.).
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Maintaining and updating existing PeopleSoft FSCM codebase.
• Dell Boomi Integration:
• Building and managing integration flows within the Boomi platform to connect PeopleSoft FSCM with other systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouses) using data mapping, process design, and connectors.
• Designing and implementing data transformations and cleansing logic within Boomi to ensure data quality during integrations.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Boomi integration processes to address potential errors.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
• Working closely with functional analysts, business users, and other technical teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
• Collaborating with the IT infrastructure team to ensure integrations are properly deployed and managed in the production environment.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM development (PL/SQL, Application Designer, SQR, etc.)
• Expertise in Dell Boomi platform, including data mapping, process design, and connector configuration
• Understanding of integration concepts like APIs, web services, and data formats
• Functional Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM business processes and functionalities across modules
• Knowledge of common data integration patterns and best practices
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 a year
