Role Overview :
The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for :
Construction Estimating & Cost Management – Developing accurate cost estimates and managing budgets.
Design Management – Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure efficient project design.
Proposal Writing – Preparing detailed proposals and project documentation.
Budgeting – Overseeing financial planning for projects.
Qualifications :
Strong skills in construction estimating, cost management, and budgeting .
Experience in design management and proposal writing .
Background in the construction or real estate industry .
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities .
Ability to work independently in a remote setting .
