- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in IT Security.Preferred :
- At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture.
- Should have knowledge on various IDAM products.
- At least 7 years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to own end-to-end major / critical incidents and drive their resolution over call / bridge along with SME, vendors, and customers to quickly restore the service.
- Participation in incident management meetings, handling crisp customer communication over email / call, and updating status to customer leadership team.
- Financial domain knowledge.
- Exceptional communication capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology-focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
