AWS Cloud Discovery : Implement and manage ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery to integrate cloud resources into the CMDB. Certification : Hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery certification. Collaboration : Work closely with IT operations and cloud teams to ensure alignment and integration of discovery processes.
