Key Responsibilities : Sales Development & Execution :
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the building automation systems market.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and expand market share.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Customer Relationship Management :
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Business Development :
Identify and develop new market segments and product offerings.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis :
Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years’ previous sales experience with a proven track record of success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission-critical and commercial facilities.
Strong understanding of building automation technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Experience with CRM and Bid Tracer is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
