Additionally, this role will drive Outdoor Digs' expansion into new markets across Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New York, and more! By serving these regions, you will help us bring exceptional service closer to our clients. With our ability to self-perform a wide range of exterior facility maintenance services—including landscaping, irrigation, tree care, asphalt, signage, bollards, and zero-tolerance snow removal—you’ll position Outdoor Digs as the partner of choice for demanding clients with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with C-Suite Executives : Contribute to the development of the company while working alongside top executives.
- Business Growth : Secure new landscape maintenance contracts for commercial accounts by creating strategic and tactical plans to proactively increase revenue.
- Client Solutions : Manage relationships, provide tailored service solutions, and develop unique marketing programs to address client needs.
- Sales Hunting : Identify prospects, build an active sales pipeline, establish new client relationships, prepare estimates and presentations, and successfully close sales.
- Client Engagement : Meet with clients on-site, offering meaningful insights and suggesting tailored services to meet specific needs.
- Revenue Expansion : Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Relationship Building : Regularly engage with facility executives, property managers, real estate developers, and third-party service providers to expand networks and strengthen partnerships.
- Sales Cycle Completion : Meet or exceed established KPIs by successfully navigating the entire sales cycle and ensuring a seamless transition to operations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments to create accurate, profitable estimates and compelling client proposals.
- Market Insight : Develop an understanding of the market, industry trends, customers, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Lead Generation : Participate in external business development and prospecting activities, including industry trade shows and social media efforts, to increase demand and generate leads.
- Technology Proficiency : Leverage cutting-edge technology and CRM systems for accurate information management, sales pipeline tracking, and periodic reporting.
