Receiving tickets/issues from business in AMS project Analysing the ticket .
Responsible for resolving the issue in time with in SLA.
Testing and transporting changes to production environment Understanding of SLA's , incident management process and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow Very good communication skills (English) written and Verbal Work on call after office hours and during weekends on rotation basis ABAP Debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants Data integration Models activation methods Supply planning process Analytics and reporting Configuration Inventory optimizations Key figures Planning with Excel Response planning Analytics and dashboards Cloud security Currency conversion Demand planning Inventory components Planning operators Statistical forecasting UOM conversion User Administration Attribute transformations
