ROLE” as per TCS Role Master The Data Migration Analyst will be techno-functional expert having great coordination, communication, and management skills. This individual will be responsible to support the completion of functional requirements and field mapping documentation for assigned data objects.
The analyst will be an integral part of the data conversion test cycles, supporting all the issues resolution activities between the technical teams, work stream leads, data domain leads, and subject matter experts.
Candidate for this position to be offered with TAIC or TCSL as Entity TCSL

Comprehensive knowledge of S / 4HANA
Data migration and integration expertise in SAP S4
Extensive ETL Tools and BODS Experiance
Proficiency in SAP data services and Migration Cockpit
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
Real-time analytics capabilities of SAP HANA
Integration skills
Experience Required
Experience in SQL and experience delivering complex data management engagements, including all phases of project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live phases.
Experience working with all levels of business stakeholders is required.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration.
Experience implementing and upgrading existing SAP S / 4 instances to SAP S / 4 HANA 1709, 1909, and 2020
Experience with SAP data conversion tools, data model, and conversion methodologies.
Techno-functional ERP expertise, including knowledge of available reports and database tables.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Experience of working large-scale ERP projects or ERP production support a plus
Ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements and test scenarios.
Ability to understand the data models and structures of complex technology systems.
Experience analyzing and implementing interfaces between systems is an advantage.
Experience with writing functional and technical specifications, testing and training.
Must be able to prepare regular written and verbal presentations, technical documents, and reports.
Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
Ability to facilitate discussions across geographically dispersed teams to derive solutions and align.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical / functional subject matter expertise and technical / functional clarification for SAP data objects and configuration in support of design sessions with related Process Teams to confirm functionality driven data standards.
Establish connectivity to legacy systems, develop and schedule ETL extraction jobs from legacy systems.
Design, develop, unit test, and debug complex data conversion jobs and workflows using SAP Data Services, IDocs, LSMWs, etc.
Work closely with the Functional Teams to identify and document field mapping, transformation, and validation rules for the data objects.
Support the development of unit and end-to-end data migration test plans and test scripts (including testing for data extraction, transformation, data loading, and data validation).
Promote code to data conversion environment (if applicable)
Perform data load activities for each mock load, cutover simulation and production deployment identified in L1 plan into environments identified.
Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during all testing cycles, including Mock Data Load cycles.
Complete all necessary data migration documentation necessary to support system validation / compliance requirements.
Participate in and support end user training for SAP Data Conversion tools (e.g. Information Steward) and data conversion processes (e.g. Resolving data readiness errors, Mock data load validation activities).
Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during Production deployment.
Provide technical support, defect management, and issue resolution during Hypercare period.
