ServiceNow S2P Technical Architect
Full Time/Peramanent
Richmond, VA(Remote for East coast Candidates)
You will:
Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITSM SPO Module
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Provide necessary guidance to ServiceNow resources, on Implementation, S2P Integration with other apps like SAP , Data transfer, Support and Development including enhancement requests
Develop/administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
Guide the team in having the right level of details in the design artifacts.
Review the design and code to ensure it aligns to customer expectation and follows industry standards
Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
Apply innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
Consult with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow
Follow up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
Advise on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
10 to 12 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITSM (SPO Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution.
Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect
Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations,
ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, enhancement
Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Understand full ITSM application lifecycle
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) , ITIL
