Key Responsibilities:
. Analyse and evaluate complex systems to identity areas for Improvement and optimization.
. Design and implement system solutions that meet business requirements and Improve operational efficiency.
. Utilize XML, JSON, and GraphQL to develop and integrate data exchange solutions.
. Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
. Provide technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders.
. Document system specifications, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role with a strong technical focus.
. Proficiency in XML, JSON, GraphQL, and SQL.
. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
