Skill : Test architect
Managing all facets of testing : functional and non-functional (load, stress, failure, static code analysis).
Providing strategic leadership in test design, execution and providing key project deliverables.
Mentoring and training the team on methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Partnering with project stakeholders for day-to-day planning, brainstorming and execution.
Leading client change programs from a Test perspective, covering test strategy through to test delivery.
Exposure to test automation / automation testing.
Good communication skills and ability to work with the different teams.
