We are seeking a skilled Watch Polisher to restore the appearance of luxury timepieces by polishing, refinishing, and detailing cases, bracelets, and other components. The ideal candidate has experience working with high-end watches, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for precision craftsmanship.
Responsibilities :
Polish and refinish watch cases, bracelets, and clasps to restore original lustre while maintaining integrity.
Use specialized tools and techniques to remove scratches, dents, and imperfections.
Maintain original factory finishes, including brushed, satin, and mirror-polished surfaces.
Work with watchmakers and service teams to ensure proper handling of watches before and after polishing.
Inspect watches before and after polishing to ensure quality control.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly used and stored.
Requirements :
Previous experience in watch polishing or a related field (jewellery polishing, metal refinishing, etc.).
Knowledge of different polishing techniques and finishes.
Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination.
Ability to handle delicate luxury watches with care and precision.
Familiarity with polishing tools such as lathes, buffing wheels, and abrasive compounds.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with luxury watch brands
Training or certification in watchmaking or metal refinishing.
