We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supportive Child Growth Specialist to join our team as a CISD HS Assistant Teacher. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with families and other staff members, and possess a strong understanding of child growth and development principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, including those with special needs
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child's educational journey
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education and related areas
- Assist in maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
