What You’ll Do :
- Human Resources Operations :
Keep employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) tight and accurate.
Own the company’s annual performance evaluation and career growth process — make sure it’s smooth and effective.
Be the go-to person for employees—answer their questions and keep them supported and effective in their jobs.
