Job Summary :

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. As a Data Entry / Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support various business operations, as well as providing technical support to our team.

Responsibilities :

Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and transcribing information into databases
Analyze data trends and generate reports for management review using pivot tables and other tools
Support the development and maintenance of databases to streamline data processes
Assist in clerical tasks as needed, including filing, documentation, and administrative support
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management processes
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data handling and confidentiality
Provide technical support to our team, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Requirements :

Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on data collection and management

Familiarity with database systems and the ability to computerize manual processes effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in using pivot tables for data analysis

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively transcribe information and collaborate with team members

Pay :

35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : no less than 40 per week
