MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY:
A Maintenance Assistant at our Company is responsible for performing repairs as indicated by external customer and perform preventative maintenance. This position will also support Maintenance Technician – Team Leader in diverse duties as needed.

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY:
A Maintenance Assistant at our Company is responsible for performing repairs as indicated by external customer and perform preventative maintenance. This position will also support Maintenance Technician – Team Leader in diverse duties as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform minor repairs as directed by Maintenance Leader.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Leader.
- Clean production and maintenance equipment.
- Respond to maintenance calls to the line.
- Trouble-shoot equipment problems/issues.
- Repair broken/defective equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Highschool diploma/GED.
- 2 years’ experience in fast paced production environment.
- Travel Required: No
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of hand tools.
- Self-motivated, hard working.
- Able to take direction and complete assigned tasks.
- Able to work any shift; work weekends as needed; work overtime as needed.
- Able to complete a task as directed with minimal oversight.
