Primary Job Responsibilities
- Desktop Troubleshooting and End-User Support requests
- Document, implement, monitor, and support infrastructure and end-user issues.
- Work through IT requests via phone, email or instant message and explaining and deploying solutions in technical and nontechnical terms.
- Assist in responding to alerts or emergency issues during normal business hours.
- Provide or help create end-user documentation and training as needed.
- Perform computer back-up procedures for data in accordance with backup policies.
- Provide preventive maintenance of all computer hardware and software, coordinating with external vendors.
- Coordinate with Corporate IT team on a regular basis for support resolution and project-based work.
- Assist with new facility launches, upgrades and support.
- Complete daily IT checklists as required as part of preventative and proactive monitoring.

- Reliable WIFI
- Working towards a degree from an accredited College or University in Computer Science or related field.
- Previous experience in Information Technology or related field a plus.
- Ability to install and support Microsoft Office and other desktop software products.
- Experience with mobile devices running Android or iOS and their administration
- Computer Hardware troubleshooting including printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- VMware vSphere and/or vCenter Experience a plus
- Experience with Office and Microsoft 365 a plus
- Laptop and desktop images
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be a team player and have good communication skills
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
