Position: Electrical Engineer - Board Level Validation
Location: Palo Alto, CA/ Irvine, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct board level validation tests for motor control systems for high voltage and high current applications
- Perform tests using automated systems to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Write and maintain Python scripts for instrumentation and automate testing processes using Python to generate reports, waveforms, and comparisons with specifications
- Integrate scripts with testing equipment to automate data collection and analysis
- Implement safety protocols for handling high voltage equipment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with high voltage and high current motor control systems.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and circuit design.
- Experience with automated testing setups and data analysis.
