About Us:
We are a growing, high-performance construction and remodeling company specializing in residential and light commercial projects, including masonry, blacktop, concrete, stucco, basement waterproofing, pavers, walkways, and full foundation work. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who can lead field operations, coordinate trades, and ensure every project is delivered with precision, quality, and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple active job sites from start to finish
- Coordinate daily work schedules for crews and subcontractors
- Ensure timely completion of all projects within budget and to spec
- Order and track materials, manage deliveries, and monitor inventory
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain daily logs and document progress with reports and photos
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and inspectors to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Review scopes of work, bids, and contracts; assist with estimating when needed
- Identify and resolve issues on-site quickly to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes
- Provide leadership and motivation to on-site teams
Qualifications:
- 3 years of project management experience in general construction or remodeling
- Strong knowledge of site operations, scheduling, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes, and permits
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and job sites
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in construction scheduling, budgeting, and field documentation
- Proficiency in project management software or tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (job site travel required)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
