Avani Healthcare Staffing is looking for a local LPN to work in Phoenix, AZ. - $2,006.25/Week
Shift: 12 hours Days: 6:00am - 6:30pm
Pay Package:
- Hourly rate - $53.50/hr
- OT rate - $80.25/hr.
- Weekly Gross - $2,006.25
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
- AZ state LPN license.
- Active BLS (AHA) Certifications.
- AZ state Fingerprint card
