Job Description
- Designer with degree or 2 years CAD experience to support pipeline engineering and mechanical design team.
- The candidate will develop skills, including 3D modeling, to develop engineering drawings that reflect accurate dimensions and layouts of natural gas pipelines and facilities.
- Responsibilities include interpreting photos, as-built drawings, civil survey and engineering sketches to create drawing packages used for project construction.
- Successful candidates will learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple concurrent deadlines, have strong communication skills, work successfully in teams or independently.
- For consideration as a Sr Designer, An Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related field, a technical degree, or equivalent work experience (typically six years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for those who do not possess a degree.) Three to four years of related experience in gas pipeline engineering, operations or construction.
