Position: Application Monitoring Engineer (Dynatrace)
1st Preference - Hybrid -3 days a week in Pittsburgh (PA)
2nd preference Remote - if outside Pittsburgh PA
Duration: Contract to hire
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Technical and skills profile:
Keeping certifications up to date for the applications they are going to be supporting - also handling general issue resolutions, maintenance planning and execution and troubleshooting
Must Have Technical Skills/experience (ask For Alternative/tool/version)
Dynatrace, must have a demonstrated mastery of troubleshooting skills for high visibility and high velocity applications
Flex Skills
Ansible, automation skills
Soft Skills
Good communication both written and verbal, high visibility with an executive presence
Education Required
Preferred bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
Years Of Experience
