Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional Sales, Product, Finance, Legal and external Supplier to draft, red-line, negotiate and support Commercial Resale Suppliers contractual agreements (Master Agreements, SOWs and product and/or service exhibits) to include:
- Deliverables
- Favorable Terms and Conditions for Resale of Supplier's Products/Services and Customer deals
- Assumptions, dependencies, custom SLAs, etc.
- Responsibilities of the parties
- Pricing
- Use of standardized defined terms
- Working with Sourcing Managers, Legal, Finance, Business Partners and Systems Teams to resolve any systems / contract issues
- Support and facilitate compliance requirements across the Contract Lifecycle Management Process.
- Strong understanding of technology across any of the following areas : 5G, IoT, Professional Services, Security, Contact Center, Network and IT.
