Requirements:
- Licensed in one or more US states with a CAQ-Psychiatry (MUST HAVE CAQ)
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency with DSM5 Criteria
- Develop treatment plans and goals based on client needs
- Provide crisis intervention and supportive therapy counseling when needed
- Highly motivated to network and build a strong clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients
- Communicates significant patient developments to supervisor
- Participates in Quality Improvement activities and contribute to the success of the organization
- Completes all required documentation ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulations, and Medical Needs Criteria
