Warehouse Sorter
**Immediate Opportunity in Hartford, CT**
Avant Business Services is seeking a motivated individual to join their growing Final Mile Logistics Company. The candidate will be required to work 1:00AM to 9:30AM.
This candidate will receive items off daily linehauls, receive scan, sort to routes and assignment scan to drivers.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a 1:00AM to 9:30AM shift
- Attention to accuracy
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible to work additional shifts if the need arises
- Able to lift up to 20-30lbs (most items are less than 15lbs)
Compensation & Work Week:
- Scanning freight and sorting materials down to outbound routes
- Ensure freight is sorted down to appropriate routes to avoid mis-sorting
- Some holidays are required
- $15/hour
Requirements:
- Must be motivated and willing to learn.
- Logistics experience
- Ability to work independently in a rapid and changing environment.
- Proof of Identify and authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to speak English
- Driver's License (Required)
