ABOUT THE ROLE
The run-of-show manager, Operations, supports the operations management team and plays a key role in the success of each event. This position is responsible for overall venue management during the run-of-show and its respective employees, including Opening Duties, setting up floors, and guaranteeing the venue opens on time.
ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Operations Management teamPerform and prioritize assigned duties necessary to support venue operations and overall business objectives and goals.Ensure all employees have the tools and information to perform their duties for each event.Assist ROS Operation Managers in ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests are held to the highest standards and reporting and rectifying any issues, concerns, R&M needs, necessary cleaning, employee breaks, etc promptly.Organize workflow, traffic flow, etc, as needed to maintain safety and efficiencyGENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
All managers are responsible for providing necessary support and actions to ensure the safety and security of the venue, its staff, and guestsPre-event walkthrough :Appropriate signage is posted around the venue; coordinates with operations admin for missing or damage signsAll floors are clear of debris, any safety hazards are remedied immediatelySecurity items are in place, including pass sheets in appropriate locations and security signage posted; stanchions and barricades for crowd control, smoking section, and any other restricted area are appropriately locatedRadio communication systems are functioning, and all necessary equipment has been distributed to essential personnelChecks for lighting concerns, door maintenance, and any unexpected R&M issues that need to be addressed before doorsDuring ROS :Sweeps venue for medical and security callsEnsures operations at all points of entry are running smoothlyEnsures coat check is running smoothly, assisting coat check staff as necessaryAssesses lines throughout the event, restructuring as needed for efficiency, safety, and securityPost-ShowEnsures patrons have exited the venue; all areas are shut down and closed / locked up properlyCompletes End of Day ReportFills out any necessary incident reportsMake sure all exits and gates are closed and secureQUALIFICATIONS
3 - 5 years of working service in venues, stadiums, arenas, the hospitality industry, or the equivalentTwo years of management experience is requiredF04 and F07 License is requiredExperience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments is a mustPositive, upbeat leadership style; able to problem solve under pressure while maintaining a high degree of professionalismRequired proficiency in the Google Workspace suite and its applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Drive- including Shared Drives and Google Groups for seamless team communication. Basic training is provided to ensure effective utilization of these tools for collaboration, communication, and document management.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay for this role is $30-35 per hour.
