ABOUT THE ROLE
The host/runner is responsible for greeting and seating all bottle service guests. They ensure that the VIP Platform is clean and set up appropriately for guest arrival.
ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with bottle service information and assist in a well-informed and courteous manner
- Stay informed with current bottle service menu, minimums, and procedures
- Create a positive environment for guests upon arrival and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the next
- Prep and fill out envelopes for all table reservations
- Walk table service clientele to their respected table location upon check in. Providing high-end hospitality verbiage to ensure guest expectations are met. After the client is all settled, quickly walk back to the VIP door to repeat this process until all tables are sat.
- Be knowledgeable on the pricing sheet for each show in order to sell tables on a weekly basis
- Marketing and promoting specific events at all AG venues to social channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous hospitality is preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work in loud and fast-paced environments
- The ability to work within a team environment
COMPENSATION
- The hourly rate for this position is $16-20 plus tips with applicable tip credit.
