Business Office Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the business office, including billing, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of all medical records in compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Ensure timely submission of insurance claims and processing of payments.

• Assist with coordination of admissions, discharges, and resident documentation.

• Work closely with department heads to ensure seamless communication and operations across the facility.

• Train and supervise office staff, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Business Office Manager BOM Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in business office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA compliance.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with healthcare billing systems, coding, and insurance claims processing is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
