- Lead and guide the Technical team and Product Owners within an Agile development framework.
- Uphold Scrum values and practices, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.
- Minimize distractions and interruptions, shielding the team from external interference.
- Foster close collaboration and effective communication across all roles and functions.
- Possess a strong understanding of the entire software delivery lifecycle and its associated activities.
- Continuously strive to improve team efficiency by refining structures, processes, and tooling.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support and contribute to all stages of the development process, including coding, design, and testing.
- Operate within a diverse technological landscape, such as JavaScript MVC, HTML, CSS, Java / J2EE.
- Identify opportunities for process and tool enhancements and drive their implementation.
- Engineer a high-quality platform that supports rapid iteration and creative problem-solving.
- Ensure product quality and completeness through rigorous unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Adhere to architectural standards, risk management guidelines, and security policies.
