What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiovascular Technologist position at Avant Tech?
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Technologist to join our dynamic team! You’ll play a vital role in diagnosing and treating heart and blood vessel conditions by assisting with cardiovascular procedures and imaging.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as echocardiograms, vascular ultrasounds, and EKGs

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations and other interventional procedures

Monitor patients’ vitals and respond to emergencies as needed
-
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records

Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment
-
Follow safety and infection control protocols at all times
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field

ARDMS or CCI certification (or eligible) required
-
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
-
1–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and patient-care skills
