Overview
Avant Tech is seeking Bilingual Pharmacy Professionals for two pharmacy locations in Reading and Kennett Square, PA. These roles are ideal for candidates who are either experienced pharmacy technicians or strong customer service professionals with a passion for healthcare. You’ll play a key role in helping patients get their medications safely and on time — while working in a calm, supportive environment with no weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
Reading, PA – Pharmacy Technician (Bilingual)
- Assisting pharmacists with filling, verifying, and preparing prescriptions
- Process and resolve insurance claims
- Handling patient communication in both English and Spanish
- Prepare medications for delivery and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure pharmacy compliance
- Support daily operations and inventory
Kennett Square, PA – Pharmacy Clerk (Bilingual)
- Assisting customers at the register and answering phones
- Support inventory flow and maintain proper stock levels
- Label medications and attach patient information
- File prescription records and organize return-to-stock items
- Prepare daily/monthly pharmacy reports
Qualifications (Both Roles)
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Reading, PA: 2–5 years of pharmacy tech experience – Required
- Kennett Square, PA: 2–3 years of customer service experience – Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable transportation; local candidates preferred
- Certification (PTCB/ExCPT) is a plus but not mandatory for either role
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
