Description:
This position is within a dynamic e-commerce business unit, requiring a seasoned talent acquisition professional with proven experience in recruiting for the digital commerce sector. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and provide comprehensive recruiting support, encompassing full lifecycle recruitment and strategic collaboration with business leaders and hiring managers. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business objectives, and execute effective sourcing, screening, and attraction strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline. The recruiter will collaborate with peers across the talent acquisition function.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, innovative sourcing techniques, social media platforms, internal databases, and direct outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from initial sourcing and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Effectively represent the organization and its career opportunities, highlighting its value proposition and benefits.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant industry organizations and associations.
- Establish strong partnerships with management at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Utilize market data and insights to inform and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in recruiting and candidate sourcing.
- Demonstrated track record of successful, results-driven recruiting, including direct sourcing, online sourcing, and social media recruitment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and within a matrixed organization.
