- 10 years of experience in application development, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams.

- Experience managing global technology teams is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and project timelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
