GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!! Do you enjoy working with your hands? Enjoy the challenges of fixing things to completion?! If so, we have the perfect job for you!We are in search of 1 individual to fulfill a Facilities Maintenance position with a large company located in Durham, NC. This is an immediate opening! Interested candidates must have prior "handy man" type of experience and a valid driver's license.

REQUIREMENTS of the Facilities Maintenance :

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Criminal Background (Unfortunately, no felonies)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Clean Drug Screening
  • Prefer at least one year of "handyman" experience
  • Prefer some HVAC exp
  • Steel Toed Boots

Additional Information for the Facilities Maintenance :

  • Work Schedule : Monday - Friday; 6AM-230PM (Must be flexible for some OT if needed)

    • Compensation for the Facilities Maintenance :

    The starting salary for this position is $19.58-$20.50 per hour (based on experience).

    Salary : $20 - $21
