Job Overview
We are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per diem positions at our partner facilities, including nursing homes, rehab centers, and assisted living communities. Locations include:
- Gloucester, VA
- Chesapeake, VA
- Portsmouth, VA
- Hampton, VA
- Newport News, VA
- Virginia Beach, VA
- Norfolk, VA
- West Point, VA
- Williamsburg, VA
- Yorktown, VA
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- CPR certification is required.
- Ability to adapt to various shifts and locations.
