📍 Location: 479 Camp Nine Road Rustburg, VA 24588
⏳ Schedule:
Evening shifts during the week: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Day shift every third weekend: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift:

💰 Pay Rate: Experience Based: 1-4 YEARS $26.00 | 5-9 YEARS $29.20 |10 YEARS $32.40
Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, document vital signs, and medical histories.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff or physicians.
- Support medical procedures, including patient ventilation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist with laboratory tests and sonography procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- Experience in a medical office or nursing home setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding is a plus.
- Strong patient assessment and care delivery skills.
