Key Responsibilities
The Speech Therapist will be responsible for conducting regular assessments of residents to identify areas of need, developing individualized treatment plans to address those needs, and implementing and evaluating treatment programs to ensure resident success.
Additional responsibilities include initiating referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary, communicating with residents, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
