Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Speech-Language Pathologist services to residents, including:
• Conducting regular screenings to determine the need for intervention/treatment
• Evaluating residents to obtain necessary data for treatment planning and implementation
• Monitoring resident response to intervention and modifying treatment as needed to attain goals in accordance with physician orders
• Developing home or community programming to maintain and enhance resident performance in their own environment
• Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives as directed
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required by policy and procedure
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
