Avante at Lake Worth, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a Speech Therapist to join its team of long-term care professionals. This role plays a vital part in a facility with a positive community reputation and a history of successful outcomes.
This skilled nursing facility features an in-house therapy department.

The ideal candidate will provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, related documentation, and communication.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular screenings to determine the need for intervention/treatment, evaluating residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation, and developing home or community programming to maintain and enhance resident performance.
The Speech Therapist will assist with and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement programs as directed.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
