• Conducts physical therapy services for residents and initiates referrals when necessary.
• Performs regular screenings of residents to determine the need for intervention or treatment.
• Evaluates residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated by individual resident needs.
• Adheres to established confidentiality standards and maintains professional boundaries.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Follows management direction and performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
