What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 2 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or business development in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting. Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and insurance processes. Proven track record in relationship-building, networking, and driving census growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for helping families and residents navigate the admissions process with compassion and professionalism.

- Lead and manage the admissions process, ensuring seamless transitions for new residents and their families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations to generate referrals and admissions.
- Conduct tours and consultations with prospective residents and families, providing detailed information about our services and care programs.
- Manage pre-admission screening and documentation to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure optimal bed occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Implement and execute external marketing strategies, including networking, attending community events, and fostering partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to enhance Avante's competitive positioning.
