Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and performing day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards governing our facility. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
