Key Responsibilities :
Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the facility in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Foster a positive and professional culture that prioritizes resident-centered care and team collaboration.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure sustainability and profitability.
Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, safety, and resident satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance requirements, licensing regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Serve as the key liaison between residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and improve quality measures to maintain a strong Five-Star Rating .
Prepare for and participate in regulatory agency inspections and facility surveys.
Implement innovative programs to enhance patient experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For :
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing facilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue cycle management.
Commitment to resident-centered care, compliance, and operational excellence.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
