At Avante we are a patient-focused facility offering an in-house therapy department including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
The Director of Rehab is responsible for the overall management and efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department. Monitors admissions and treatment schedules, tracks MDS assessment periods and data, and provides administrative supervision and case management.

Qualifications :
- Must have strong clinical skills regarding the rehabilitation process.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations related to Nursing Home Administration and Reimbursement.
- Must demonstrate high integrity.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment.
- Must protect confidentiality of information.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have ability to work with all levels of management as well as front-line.
- Possess basic computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
