As a Physical Therapist at Avante, you will be responsible for:
- Providing and directing Physical Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation
- Conducting screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention/treatment
- Evaluating residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation
- Implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in treatment plan
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience
