Avante at Ormond Beach is seeking a full-time 7a-3p Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of long-term care professionals. This is a vital role in a facility with a positive community reputation, a history of successful outcomes, and an experienced cohesive team. This is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility, with an In-house therapy department.
We are currently looking for 7a-3p shift. This LPN role is offer a $3,000 Sign-on!!!

Description :
The LPN primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Personnel in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services and Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
