As a Residential Occupational Therapy Services Provider, you will work collaboratively with our Occupational Therapist to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for our residents. Your expertise will help residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.
- Develop and implement occupational therapy plans for residents, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment.
