Job Description
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant Professional, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapist to design and implement customized therapy programs for our residents. Your expertise will help residents achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.
- Design and implement occupational therapy programs for residents, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain accurate records and document resident progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment.
